Originally this was drawn for a competition to redesign the book cover for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, but I never got around to finishing it. I then submitted it to a competition at Beserk Clothing (an Australian Goth/Alt clothing brand) and while it didn’t win, it was picked it to be part of an upcoming clothing range, so I was pretty pleased about that. However, I turned them down preferring to keep ownership of the drawing and setting it aside for my own use on tshirts one day.
